Terms of Service

These terms govern ai-rumpelstiltskin.video. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, do not use it. Effective 15 October 2026. Contact: hello@ai-rumpelstiltskin.video.

1. What this is

ai-rumpelstiltskin.video is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of the original AI clip, Riff Raff, or the rights holders of the 1987 film Rumpelstiltskin. Names, the song and the original footage belong to their owners.

2. The service

You upload two photos — one for each role — and if you spend credits we render a 12-second, 16:9 video at 720p (1280×720) with both people replaced in the fixed template clip. The length, resolution and scene are not chosen by you. The result is AI-generated and results vary — fast head turns, hands in front of the face and extreme expressions can show visible differences.

3. Packs and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases: Starter (100 credits, $8.90), Value Pack (500 credits, $24.90), Creator Pack (2,000 credits, $59.90), in US dollars — or the same amounts in euros (€8.90, €24.90, €59.90) for customers in the euro area — paid through Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits do not expire. One video uses 100 credits. The packs are on the pricing page.

4. Failed renders and refunds

If a render fails, or is stopped by safety moderation, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You can also ask for a refund of an unused pack within 7 days of purchase. A pack with any credits already spent on a render is not refundable except where the render was faulty on our side. The full rules are in the refund policy.

5. Your photos and your rights

You confirm that you are 18 or older, that each photo is of you or of an adult who has clearly consented, and that you have the right to upload it. You must not upload photos of minors, of public figures or celebrities, or of anyone without permission, or use the service to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone. We may refuse, remove or block any upload or video and close accounts that break these rules. See Responsible use.

6. Your video

You may use the finished video for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting it to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We claim no ownership of your face or your photos. We cannot license the template footage or the music, which belong to others; nothing in these terms grants you rights in them. The video keeps the music of the template clip, and platforms may mute or flag it; if that happens, add sound only through the platform's own licensed library. When you post AI-generated content, use the platform's AI label.

7. Retention

Photos and videos are deleted 24 hours after upload. Download what you want to keep. See the privacy policy.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise a particular likeness, uninterrupted availability or a specific render time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before it.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Use after a change means you accept it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
