Privacy Policy

This policy covers ai-rumpelstiltskin.video. In short: your photos are used to make your video and nothing else, and they are deleted after 24 hours.

What we collect

• Your two photos. The ones you upload, one for each role. Each is checked in your browser first; what leaves your device is a resized, cropped JPEG.
• Your result. The finished video, if you buy.
• Account details. Your email and name from sign-in, so a purchase and its videos are attached to someone.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep the order, amount and status.
• Usage data. Standard page-view and funnel analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), and a first-party cookie that remembers the browser for rate limits. Network addresses are stored only as a salted hash.

What we do with a photo

We send both photos to a video model provider (Replicate) to render your video, and we store them in our own bucket so the render can be resumed and so you can find your video later. Each is scanned by an automated safety check before it is stored.

We do not train any model on your photos, build a facial-recognition profile, sell or share photos, or use them for anything except your render.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and finished videos are permanently deleted 24 hours after upload. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@ai-rumpelstiltskin.video.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Who else sees your data

• Stripe — payments.
• Replicate — runs the video model on the photos you submit.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage and delivery.
• Google and Microsoft — analytics.

We do not sell personal data.

Photos of other people

If a photo shows someone other than you, you must have their permission before you upload it. They can ask us to delete it by writing to the address above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to stop processing it. Email hello@ai-rumpelstiltskin.video. We reply within 30 days.

Children

The site is for adults. Do not upload a photo of anyone under 18. If we learn that we have one, we delete it.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we say so on the pricing page.
