Failed renders refund themselves

If a render fails because of a server error, model timeout or safety stop, its 100 credits return to your balance automatically. Every render uses the same 12-second, 720p format. No ticket is needed for an automatic credit return.

Unused packs: refundable for 7 days

Bought a pack and rendered nothing from it? Email hello@ai-rumpelstiltskin.video within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. If a finished video is broken through our fault, we re-render it or refund its credits.

How does Rumpelstiltskin AI pricing work? Is it really a one-time purchase?

Yes. You buy a credit pack once: Starter ($8.90 for 100 credits, one video), Value ($24.90 for 500 credits, five videos) or Creator ($59.90 for 2,000 credits, twenty videos). Your card is charged once. There are no recurring fees and no renewals.

Do credits expire?

No. If you buy the Value pack today and render one video, the other four stay in your account until you use them.

Can I check my photos before paying?

Choosing your photos and the in-browser photo check are free and need no card. The check covers size, sharpness and lighting; face-count checks depend on browser support. Passing does not guarantee a good result. You cannot preview your rendered video for free: rendering costs 100 credits, returned automatically if the render fails.

What happens if a render fails?

You never pay for a failed render. If it fails — a server error, a model timeout or a safety stop — the credits go back to your balance automatically and you can retry with the same photos or different ones.

Are the downloaded videos watermark-free?

Yes. Every paid video, on every pack, is a clean 720p MP4 with no watermark and the music included.

Why is one video 12 seconds and 720p?

The generated dance video follows a 12-second shot plan at the one resolution we sell, so there is nothing to choose and the price is always the same: 100 credits per video.

Which pack should I buy?

One video is enough to try it with a friend. The Value pack ($4.98 a video) suits a group chat or a few different pairs. The Creator pack ($3.00 a video) is for meme pages and anyone posting new pairs every day.

Can I get a refund?

A pack you haven't rendered anything from can be refunded within 7 days. A finished video that is broken through our fault is re-rendered or refunded. Credits already spent on a good video are not refundable.

Is my payment information safe?

Payments run on Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
